• Purchase history files you upload (Amazon order exports)
• Business activity information you provide during onboarding
• Usage data and analytics

What we never collect

• Social Security Numbers or government IDs
• Bank account numbers or passwords
• Full payment card numbers

How we use your data

Your purchase data is used solely to identify potential tax deductions and generate reports. Raw upload ZIP files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of successful parsing. Parsed data is stored in encrypted Postgres with Row Level Security — no other user can access your data.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via account settings or by contacting support.
