WriteOffCoach does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for all tax filing decisions. Always consult a qualified tax professional before filing.
4. User Data
You retain ownership of your data. By uploading purchase history, you grant WriteOffCoach a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. Raw upload files are deleted within 24 hours of successful processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteOffCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any tax penalties or errors.
